About The Internship:
As our 2025 Accounting Intern you will utilize and depend heavily on your technical accounting
education while at college. This is a challenging while rewarding experience for interns to gain
first-hand experience in a fast paced and growing technology company. You will rely on your
abilities to manage your daily priorities and meet all the expectations of a group of Accounting
professionals. Your ability to contribute to technical topics and discussions will be recognized
while making tangible and immediate impact to the organization.
Our 8-week summer internship class runs from June 9, 2025 - August 4, 2025.
What You'll Do:
- Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Entering financial transactions into NetSuite.
Assisting with filing and organizing financial documents. - Account Reconciliation:
Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts in FloQast. - Invoice and Payment Processing:
Assisting with the processing of AP invoices and payments.
Following up on outstanding AR invoices and collections.
- Auditing Support:
Assisting with audit procedures, such as gathering documentation and preparing schedules.
Supporting the team with drafting responses to auditors. - Learning and Development:
Shadowing experienced accountants and learning about different accounting processes.
Attending training sessions and workshops to enhance their knowledge and skills. - Other Tasks:
May be involved in research or special projects as assigned
You're a great fit for this Internship if:
- Basic Understanding of Accounting Principles
A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices is essential.
- GPA:
Good academic performance, including a strong GPA, is often considered.
- Accounting Courses:
Having taken relevant accounting courses and can demonstrate your commitment to the field.
- Previous Internship Experience:
While not always a requirement, previous internship experience in a related field can be a significant advantage.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Able to analyze financial data, identify potential issues, and contribute to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS suites.
- Attention to Detail:
Accuracy and meticulousness are essential in accounting, and are detail oriented.
- Communication Skills:
Have good written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate financial information.
- Organizational Skills:
Able to organize and manage financial data and records.
- Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to work effectively with others and build relationships.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is remote, U.S. based
- This internship is $20/hour for 35 hours per week
- Our 8-week summer internship class runs from June 6, 2025 - August 4, 2025
