About the Role: The Senior Analyst, Analytics Solutions, supports the design, development, and maintenance of custom data solutions for customers and/or internal stakeholders. While projects will be reviewed and overseen by the Analytics Solutions Manager, the Senior Analyst is expected to work independently, applying knowledge of closed-loop referral and healthcare to leverage Unite Us’ data models in creating actionable, analytic-driven solutions. This role manages cross-functional relationships with Business Analytics, Customer Success, Data Science, and Product teams to solve complex challenges.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with Business Analytics, Customer Success, Implementation, and other internal teams to deliver data-driven deliverables, gather UAT feedback, and enable new and ongoing customer engagements
  • Maintain and enhance high-quality code that supports customer business objectives through reliable, well-designed solutions for a wide range of use cases and business requirements
  • Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing data processing workflows and custom data models to ensure large, messy, or complex datasets from various sources are transformed into accurate, analysis-ready extracts for recurring reporting and dashboard use
  • Maintain and improve user-centric dashboards by diving into data sources, metric definitions, and workbook structures to correctly execute update requests and ensure ongoing usability, accuracy, and business value
  • Develop and own the custom data solutions and internal/customer requests on troubleshooting, data questions, and enhancements
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and identifying/asking key questions on scope, requirements, and missing details
  • Be accountable for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the data deliverables
  • Cooperate with Product Management and Data Science on Predictive Product support and analysis.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, and/or Data Engineering teams for support and resources on data issues
  • Be a fast learner and self-starter on exploring/learning new analytical/AI tools and building prototypes to resolve unmet business needs 
  • Improve user experience and team efficiency by experimenting and implementing new processes or techniques for ad hoc analysis, recurring reporting, or dashboard development

You’re a great fit for this role if:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an analytics role focused on developing and delivering ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and/or custom dashboards.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and Tableau (or similar data visualization platforms), with advanced skills in building dashboards from scratch.
  • Experience working with complex datasets, integrating business logic into metric definitions, and leveraging internal documentation (e.g., ERD, coding scripts, Confluence) to understand data models and the ETL process.
  • Experience building custom data models or collaborating with data engineers on ETL pipelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to devise and create analytics-driven solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions such as AWS, Snowflake, and Azure.
  • Some experience interpreting predictive models metrics and interacting with modeling outputs preferred.
  • Healthcare and social care domain expertise, including care management, population health, quality programs, risk adjustment, closed-loop referrals, payments, healthcare claims, EHR/EMR/CRM data, and membership data preferred.
  • Experience in the social care network or healthcare payer market, specifically related to marketing, risk analytics, and member engagement preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge of Snowflake Cortex AI and/or Streamlit preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge of data pipeline tools such as dbt and Airflow is preferred.
  • At least a four-year college degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • This position is remote, U.S. based.
  • The target pay range for this role is: $85,000-$100,000. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
  • All team members will be required to pass a background check which includes criminal, employment, and education verification
