About the Role

UniTriTeam is hiring a part-time Email Marketing & Squarespace Automation Specialist to support a Chicago-based speaker, workshop facilitator, and consultant. This remote position requires approximately 2–5 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional increased support during peak projects. The role requires a highly independent, tech-savvy marketing professional with hands-on experience building and managing real email campaigns.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience creating drip sequences, nurture flows, and automated campaigns — not just familiarity with platforms. This role supports both ongoing email marketing efforts and light website and content updates within Squarespace.

We are seeking someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and manage marketing workflows with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns within Squarespace
• Develop and implement drip campaigns and nurture sequences
• Redesign and improve existing email templates for visual consistency and brand alignment
• Set up automated welcome flows and lead magnet delivery systems
• Support QR code landing page integrations tied to speaking engagements and workshops
• Edit and maintain Squarespace pages (landing pages, blog posts, content updates)
• Ensure brand consistency across fonts, layouts, and design elements
• Perform quality checks on all content prior to publishing (links, formatting, responsiveness)
• Provide occasional formatting support for PDFs, worksheets, and workshop materials as needed
• Assist with back-end marketing logistics and content setup

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Proven experience building and managing real email marketing campaigns
• Ability to clearly articulate previous campaign strategy and execution
• Experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ConvertKit, or similar systems
• Hands-on experience working within Squarespace, including site editing, page updates, and familiarity with its email functionality.
• Prior experience supporting entrepreneurs, consultants, or small businesses is a plus

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of email automation logic and drip campaign structure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word (formatting and document editing)
• Familiarity with Canva or basic design principles
• Comfort learning and navigating new systems independently
