Sales & Patient Experience Coordinator (Remote)
Company:
UniTriTeam Supporting Aesthetic Medicine Clinic
About the Role
Our client is a Nurse Practitioner–owned aesthetic medicine clinic based in Florida with a well-established in-person practice and a growing focus on telehealth services. The clinic specializes in aesthetic treatments and is actively launching weight-loss (GLP-1) services, with plans to expand into hormone therapy in the future.
We are seeking a proactive, sales-oriented Aesthetic Medicine Sales & Patient Experience Coordinator to support inbound and outbound patient communication, pre-visit sales conversion, and overall patient experience. This remote role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth, improving patient engagement, and ensuring patients arrive at appointments informed and ready to proceed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries from new and existing patients.
- Educate patients on aesthetic treatments, packages, monthly promotions, and weight-loss (GLP-1) services.
- Confidently guide patients toward booking appointments or purchasing packages prior to their visit.
- Conduct outbound outreach to existing patients to promote new services, specials, and treatment opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective patients who inquire but do not immediately convert.
- Serve as a warm, knowledgeable, and professional first point of contact for the clinic.
- Collaborate closely with the provider and existing virtual assistant to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using existing systems and trackers.
- Proactively suggest new sales approaches, scripts, and promotional ideas to increase conversions.
- Support the clinic’s expansion into telehealth and additional service offerings over time.
Required Qualifications
- Education & Experience
Experience in sales, patient coordination, customer success, or front-office medical support. Background in aesthetics, wellness, weight loss, or healthcare is strongly preferred.
- Technical & Professional Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent English and Spanish.
Confident and empathetic phone presence. Comfort discussing treatments, pricing, and packages with patients. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities remotely.
Working Model & Hours
Part-time, hourly role (up to 30 hours per month initially).
Flexible schedule aligned with clinic business hours.
Fully remote position.
