About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Head of Brand.

The Head of Brand is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives brand awareness, preference, and loyalty. This role will oversee all aspects of brand marketing, including brand strategy, campaign development, media planning, team leadership, and budget management. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in brand leadership

What we're looking for

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and consumer insights to inform brand positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of innovative and engaging brand campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional media, and events.
  • Develop compelling brand messaging and creative assets that resonate with the target audience.
  • Manage campaign budgets and timelines to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic media partnerships to amplify brand reach and visibility.
  • Negotiate media placements and optimize media spend to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing brand marketing team, providing guidance and support.
  • Set clear goals and objectives, allocate resources effectively, and drive team performance.
  • Measure the impact of brand partnerships on brand awareness, market share, and revenue.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of brand marketing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
    • 10+ years of experience in brand leadership, with a proven track record of success
    • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and messaging
    • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
    • Experience in the Financial Services
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
    • Strong understanding of financial metrics and budgeting

$240,000 base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
