About the role

The Head of IT Security will lead and manage the internal IT team to effectively support the organization’s technology needs. This role serves as the primary liaison between the organization and iCorps, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. The Head of IT will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with the company's objectives, while also ensuring the security and integrity of the organization’s IT infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage the internal IT team to support the organization’s IT needs. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and iCorps. 
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s goals. 
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the organization’s IT infrastructure. 
  • Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of hardware and software systems. 
  • Monitor IT performance and provide regular reports to senior management. 
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.  
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within IT.
  • Microsoft Azure experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with external IT service providers is a plus. 
  • Experience in IT with Financial company preferred.

Target base compensation is $170,000 annually. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Additionally, Unlock's Total Rewards package is highly competitive, designed to support your success at work, at home, and at play – such as 401K matching, health benefits, employee stock options and paid time off.
