About the role
The Product Manager - Platform & AI leads cross-functional efforts to enhance the internal infrastructure, AI agent functionality, and system integration. This role oversees the execution of AI initiatives, roadmap development, and behavior optimization while promoting platform cohesion through modular design and automation. Key responsibilities include managing third-party integrations, supporting compliance, document management, and aligning teams around platform governance and analytics. The position plays a strategic role in scaling operations and driving technological innovation across the organization.
What you’ll do
- Own execution for AI agents, including roadmap, documentation, training pipelines, behavior tuning, and performance tracking
- Drive platform strategy by automating core workflows and enforcing modular, reusable architecture
- Lead third-party API and data integrations across compliance, underwriting, and customer experience
- Align with product, engineering, and UX teams to ensure platform consistency and reuse
- Contribute to governance, analytics instrumentation, and cross-functional coordination
- Partner with Legal to standardize contract and document management systems
- Support emerging product and platform needs across the business
What we’re looking for
- 4–8 years of experience in product management.
- Strong systems thinking and execution skills across internal tooling, APIs, and platform services.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and align roadmaps.
- Familiarity with AI/ML products, agent frameworks, or intelligent workflows a plus.
- Experience with compliance-sensitive, high-volume environments (fintech or SaaS preferred).
- Clear communication, strong ownership mindset, and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
- PC skills including working knowledge of the Microsoft environment and the ability to access, manipulate, organize and relay information in a meaningful way.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with leaders across multiple functions
- Ability to work in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
- Experience with fintech and/or lending

Target base compensation is $125k-$132k annually. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
