Title: Director, Integrated Marketing Growth 
Direct Manager Title: Head of Integrated Marketing Growth  

The Role: 
Unlock Health is seeking candidates with a minimum of 10+ years of sales and business development experience who have successfully sold into U.S. hospitals/healthcare systems and developed relationships with C-Suite executives. This individual is responsible for showcasing advantages of Unlock Health’s complete set of solutions and services with the goal of securing enterprise-wide (AOR) engagements.

This is a full-time, remote (work-from-home) opportunity. The position is salary- and commission-based. Salary is commensurate with experience. Must be based in the continental U.S. This position involves travel to conferences, trade shows, and onsite meetings with prospects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Brand Advocacy and Thought Leadership
    • Represent Unlock Health as a leading voice in the industry
    • Promote our solutions and services through thought leadership activities, including speaking engagements and industry events
  • Strategic Prospecting
    • Identify and engage with high-value prospects within U.S. hospitals and healthcare systems
    • Build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives to uncover new opportunities and drive enterprise-wide (AOR) engagements
  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to showcase the full range of Unlock Health’s solutions
    • Tailor presentations and proposals to address the specific needs of prospective clients
  • Opportunity Management
    • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through negotiation and closing
    • Track and report on sales opportunities, stages, and probabilities using our CRM system
  • Collaborative Alignment
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business objectives
    • Facilitate smooth transitions from prospecting to client onboarding
  • Market Insight and Innovation
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities
    • Provide insights to enhance Unlock Health’s offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills throughout the sales life cycle, with consistent and thorough client follow-up
  • Strong organization and attention to detail while juggling multiple prospect engagements is a must
  • Must be able to keep track of details, specific client needs and objectives, and be able to communicate them clearly to other team members
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent is a must
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive and Microsoft platforms
  • Ability to learn new reporting systems and software as required
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment
  • Self-sufficient and able to work in an independent, remote environment productively
