Direct Manager Title: Manager, Enterprise Growth
The Role
Unlock Health is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and proactive individual to join our Growth Team as a Coordinator. This entry-level role is ideal for someone excited to gain exposure to healthcare marketing, business development, and strategy while supporting a collaborative and fast-paced team. In this position, the Coordinator will assist with managing team operations, supporting new business efforts, helping with research and documentation, and ensuring processes run smoothly. This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who is curious, collaborative, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in to support the new business team across a variety of initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Key responsibilities would span across business development opportunities, team operations, process standardization/optimization, and team alignment. Specific responsibilities and job activities may include, but aren’t limited to:
- New business support
- Assist with and attend new business calls, providing clear documentation and action items for appropriate prospect next steps
- Maintain organization and documentation for new business opportunities, including managing project health and opportunity updates
- Lead coordination of internal prep calls, preparing agendas and assisting with internal new business communication
- Request for proposal (RFP) support
- Lead background research and key findings for prospective clients
- Support in the development of RFP kickoffs, responses, and logistics
- New business pitch support
- Develop key profiles for prospects
- Support with on-site or virtual pitch logistics and pitch preparation
- Process & tool refinement
- Assist in managing, organizing, and developing content within our content management system, Loopio
- Maintain team content assets relevant to new business
- Lead the documentation of team processes, learnings from pitches, and best practices
- Support tracking of opportunities in Salesforce and update key information
Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience (internships or entry-level roles in agency, healthcare, or marketing preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and support a mission-driven team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
