The Role
Unlock Health is looking for a sharp, service-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our fast-moving talent team. This part-time, onsite role sits at the heart of our recruitment operations—partnering closely with our remote Talent Acquisition Lead, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to create a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition Lead and collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers throughout all stages of the recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate interviews (remote and onsite), send out schedules, and manage communication between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidate experience, interview feedback, and offer letter logistics
- Maintain candidate pipelines and requisition accuracy within Greenhouse ATS
- Track and coordinate pre-employment background screenings
- Ensure timely collection, organization, and communication of interview feedback
- Help maintain momentum and clarity across multiple open roles and stakeholders
Preferred Tools & Tech Experience:
- Greenhouse ATS experience is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to work across multiple systems and platforms with ease

- Some experience in talent acquisition—either in-house or agency
- Strong service orientation, warm and professional communication style
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with excellent organizational skills
- Positive energy and enthusiasm for being onsite and engaging with teams in person
