What You’ll Do

Strategy Team Management & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with VP and Senior Director of Performance Marketing on new business opportunities, renewals and upsells
  • Respond to requests for strategy and budget recommendations for new business – inclusive of providing budget recommendations and estimated performance outcomes based on benchmark, historical data and planning tools
  • Help to maintain and update the library of training materials and resources
  • Focus on strategic implementation of platform and product
  • Work collaboratively with Senior Director of Performance Marketing and Director of Tracking and Analytics to support all teams within the LOB

 

Sales, Client Services, Corporate Marketing, Product & Growth Team Support

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization on large-scale strategic planning initiatives for clients that are complex, multi-faceted or more layered as needed
  • Coordinate budget recommendations from your team for new and existing clients as requested from the Sales and Client Services team and work collaboratively with client teams as needed, jumping in to complete budget recommendations as necessary.
  • Assist with RFPs from a Performance Marketing client strategy perspective
  • Pull data as needed or work with data teams to gather information for RFPs as needed
  • Ensure the company continues to follow industry best practice as it relates to rules, guidelines, and policies regarding sensitive, healthcare related information from digital strategy perspective
  • Support Campaign Managers/Sales/Client Leads with ad hoc strategy & support, campaign optimizations, inquiries, etc. as needed in tandem with other resources
  • Support Campaign Managers/Sales/Client Leads on select client calls from a strategy/backup perspective as needed, in tandem with other resources
  • Dig into & research digital strategy trends as needed for the company
  • Look into platform changes, updates, product features and trends
  • Vendor Liaison: Be the main POC to our new vendor contacts as it relates to operational and functional implementation of Unlocks digital strategy with the platform. Meet with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DSPs, DMPs, and other paid media platforms.
  • Experience with forecasting and investment planning for paid digital strategy including SEM, Social and programmatic.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5-8 years experience in digital marketing on paid platforms - healthcare experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of media planning.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Workfront or similar work management platforms
  • Experience in optimizing for SEO as part of a larger digital strategy.
  • Solid knowledge of working in Microsoft suite
  • Experience in Healthcare Marketing
  • Experience cross collaborating with creative and web design teams
