Associate, Procurement
About Unreal
Our story began when two kids asked a simple question: Why does everything that tastes so good have to have so much junk?
They set out to prove that unbelievably delicious chocolate snacks could be made with real, simple ingredients and way less sugar. In doing so, they sent a bold message to the whole category: do better.
More than a decade later, that same ambitious spirit still drives Unreal. What started as a simple question has grown into a beloved national brand, raising the bar for snacking in over 35,000 stores including Target, Whole Foods Market, Costco, Sprouts, Kroger, and Publix. We're also sold online through Amazon, Thrive Market, and at unrealsnacks.com.

- Maintain and update the procurement team’s contract tracker, ensuring cross-functional data inputs are accurate, current, and organized for leadership visibility.
- Audit, update, and maintain inventory records to eliminate discrepancies, optimize stock levels, and ensure precise data integrity.

- Work closely with the Senior Manager, Procurement - Ingredients, to manage inventory tracking for specialized ingredient lines.
- Build out structured rhythms and standardized processes for daily operations to eliminate administrative bottlenecks as the team scales.
- Maintain clear, highly professional communication with the supplier network to hold vendors accountable to lead times and contractual commitments.
Who You Are

- Proficiency in Excel (including experience with VLookups, Pivot Tables), with the ability to maintain data integrity in inventory records and contract tracking databases.
- Prior experience interfacing with buyers and supporting supply chain escalations when they arise.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to hold suppliers accountable while maintaining a collaborative working relationship.
- Demonstrated tolerance for ambiguity, with the ability to pivot quickly, stay calm under pressure, and problem-solve when supply chain disruptions occur.
- A meticulous approach to data entry and record-keeping, ensuring contract trackers and inventory figures are highly accurate.
- Familiarity with navigating Material Requirements Planning (MRP) files or ERP system data outputs is a plus.
- Experience managing or assisting with a raw material or agricultural commodity category is a plus.
