Junior Brand Specialist

Unybrands acquires e-commerce businesses that sell both on and off Amazon. Once acquired, these brands are integrated into Unybrands' platform, where operations are optimized, business performance is enhanced, and expansion into new product lines and markets is driven. About the role:
We're seeking a motivated Junior Brand Specialist to join our team. In this entry-level role, you'll play a crucial part in optimizing our brands' presence and performance on Amazon and other key e-commerce platforms. You'll get hands-on experience managing a variety of tasks, from fine-tuning product listings to monitoring commercial performance and handling inventory management.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain broad exposure and valuable experience in all areas of retail trading and brand development. We're looking for a fast learner who is highly organized and passionate about retail. You should be technically able and, ideally, have some prior knowledge of e-commerce or Amazon Seller Central. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, traffic patterns, and customer behavior to find ways to improve. You'll also create regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor our brand's health.
- Product & Market Strategy: Optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates. Using both internal and external tools, you'll conduct keyword research, stay on top of industry trends, and keep an eye on competitor activities to inform our strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the brand and support teams, providing your insights on potential product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives. You'll also help resolve any account-related issues to ensure a smooth operation.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized individual with a passion for e-commerce. You should have:
- Strong analytical skills to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with the team.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail, e-commerce, or Amazon is a plus.
- A commitment to being a supportive and positive team member.
Please note, this is an on-site opportunity, and the successful candidate will be expected to work from our Hemel Hempstead office Monday through Friday.
