Currently we have acquired 30 brands including Pet Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Supplements, Baby & Juvenile, Garden & Outdoor, Sports & Fitness, and Home, Lifestyle Culinary & Arts. Through expert management and robust infrastructure, Unybrands empowers e-commerce brands to scale and thrive.

Role Summary

  • We’re hiring an Amazon External Marketing Specialist to drive qualified traffic to Amazon through affiliate networks, content publishers, creator programs, and press placements. The role is heavily focused on managing affiliate platforms such as Levanta, Partner Boost, and Wayward — including deal setup, partner coordination, and commission management. You’ll also support content and creator activations (via Creator Connections and direct outreach) and help optimize campaigns for performance across multiple brands

What You’ll Do

Affiliate & Partner Platforms

  • Manage Unybrands’ presence across affiliate platforms (Levanta, Wayward, Partner Boost, Roundforest, etc.).
  • Upload and maintain product deals, set private commissions, and ensure brand updates are reflected.
  • Coordinate with brand managers to approve commissions, promotions, and product availability.
  • Monitor new opportunities surfaced by partners (emails, newsletters, outreach) and assess fit for our portfolio.

Press & Content Placements

  • Coordinate press releases and placements through tools like EIN, Cision, and Press Hook.
  • Track spend and deliverables (e.g., Yahoo placements, Taboola campaigns).
  • Support execution of seasonal placements (Back-to-School, Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday).

Creator & Influencer Support

  • Use Creator Connections and affiliate platforms to engage with creators who can drive Amazon traffic.
  • Respond to inbound creator requests, provide briefs, and manage compliance reviews.
  • Support limited outreach to creators on priority products or categories when needed.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track and report key metrics (traffic, sessions, conversion, revenue, Brand Referral Bonus impact).
  • Manage reporting cadence for affiliate programs (weekly/monthly depending on partner).
  • Analyze platform and partner performance to identify top contributors and optimization levers.

Collaboration & Organization

  • Work cross-functionally with Brand Managers and Creative teams to align on promotions, assets, and messaging.
  • Maintain clean tracking docs/CRMs of affiliate partners, commissions, deliverables, and results.
  • Support creation of SOPs for affiliate deal uploads, reporting, and creator communication.

  • What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • 2–4+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or external traffic programs with measurable Amazon impact.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Levanta, Wayward, Roundforest, or Partner Boost.
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Attribution and Brand Referral Bonus programs.
  • Strong project management skills across multiple brands, campaigns, and platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to pull reports and translate data into action.
  • Knowledge of FTC and Amazon compliance requirements for external traffic.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with creator/affiliate platforms (e.g., Creator Connections, Levanta).
  • Familiarity with press/PR platforms (e.g., EIN, Cision, Press Hook).
  • Exposure to paid content syndication (e.g., Taboola).
  • Basic design/editing or asset management skills (Monday.com, Excel, etc.).
  • Startup or multi-brand portfolio experience.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
