Role Overview 

We are seeking a highly motivated, curious, and proactive AI Adoption & Operations Associate to support the implementation and day-to-day adoption of AI tools within our Commercial department. 

This is an entry-level position perfect for a self-starter or recent graduate who is passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to learn on the job. As an active contributor to our AI Lab, you will help bridge the gap between commercial needs and technical execution. The role requires testing new tools, assisting with workflows, and helping our teams integrate AI into their daily routines. 

Role Structure 

  • Reporting Line: Reports directly to Ary Selener. 
  • Department: Sits within the Commercial department. 
  • Collaboration: Works closely with and learns from the Tech and Engineering teams to help deliver commercial AI initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities 

AI Lab Support & Execution 

  • AI Lab Contributor: Participate actively in the AI Lab, helping execute the operational tasks required to bring AI initiatives to life. 
  • Commercial AI Execution: Support the day-to-day operational delivery of the AI Lab’s agenda by gathering team requirements, tracking project priorities, and helping coordinate execution with the Tech and Engineering teams. 
  • Test & Learn Assistance: Support the "Test & Learn" phase of new tools. You will test prototypes, configure basic AI tools, gather feedback, and help troubleshoot initial rollouts. 
  • Technical Conduit: Serve as a liaison between Commercial and IT, ensuring the AI stack is seamless and workable for end-users. 

Workflow Optimization & FBA Operations  

  • Task Automation: Help identify manual, repetitive tasks within the commercial team and assist in implementing AI solutions to streamline them. 
  • Amazon FBA Support: Apply a solid foundational understanding of the Amazon FBA ecosystem to help optimize inventory management, pricing workflows, and seller performance using AI tools. 

Adoption, Tracking & Documentation 

  • Adoption Tracking: Monitor how teams are using new AI tools and help track basic impact and usage metrics. 
  • Knowledge Sharing: Create simple, user-friendly guides, documentation, and playbooks to help colleagues understand how to use newly introduced AI tools. 
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a helpful liaison between everyday business users and the Tech team, gathering user feedback to help improve our AI tools. 

Qualifications & Experience 

Required Experience 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.  
  • AI Curiosity & Self-Direction: A proven track record of exploring AI tools independently. You should be a self-starter who proactively tests platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, or various automation tools on your own time. 
  • Amazon FBA Familiarity: A strong foundational understanding of how the Amazon FBA ecosystem works (e.g., through coursework, internships, or personal projects). 
  • The "Builder" Mindset: You enjoy getting into the weeds of software configuration, trying out new apps, and figuring out how things work. 
  • Availability: Full availability during US Business Hours for real-time collaboration. 

Preferred Experience 

  • Previous internship or project experience in sales operations, marketing, e-commerce, or customer success. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, automation platforms, and enterprise AI productivity tools. 
  • Experience or interest in data-driven decision-making and basic statistics.
