  • Partner closely with Engineering leadership to ensure architectural direction aligns with product strategy and long-term business objectives.
  • Establish clear product principles for balancing short-term partner needs with long-term platform health.

  • Guide principled product decision-making when immediate partner demands conflict with long-term platform sustainability.
  • Anticipate risks in major initiatives and proactively create contingency plans.

Product & Organizational Leadership

  • Lead multiple high-impact, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, maintaining strategic clarity while ensuring disciplined execution.
  • Author clear, high-quality product strategy documents, requirements, technical specifications, and decision memos that align senior stakeholders and enable scalable execution.
  • Adapt and apply advanced problem-solving approaches when navigating complex ambiguity, incomplete data, or evolving business strategy.
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and GTM teams when priorities compete or tradeoffs require principled decision-making.
  • Proactively identify interdependencies and sequencing risks across initiatives, ensuring platform investments optimize long-term business impact.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, with deep expertise in B2B platforms, APIs, integrations, or developer-facing products.
  • Demonstrated success defining and executing multi-year product strategy with measurable business impact.

  • Recognized subject matter expertise in platform ecosystems or integration strategy.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities.

Technical Skills

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
