About the Role:

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to execute procurement initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of sourcing and procurement requests. This role is responsible for managing vendor requests & required documentation, stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. This role has flexibility to based in our San Francisco or our Orange County office in a hybrid capacity.


What You’ll Do: 

  • Coordinate and manage procurement-related requests: track ticket progress, identify relevant internal collaborators, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to ensure procurement strategies meet business needs
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues and maintain alignment
  • Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies 
  • Maintain detailed documentation and relevant progress updates through procurement tool (Zip) 


What We Look For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or project management 
  • Experience working in procurement and/or project management tools 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self starter with a strong sense of urgency
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills

The compensation range of this position in Orange County, CA is USD $70,000-$80,000 annually plus equity and benefits. Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
