About the Role:

The Aged Title Specialist is a full-time opportunity within the Indirect Auto Operations team.  This department is responsible for the oversight and facilitation of the Aftermarket Product Cancellations, Aged Titles and other dealer outstanding receivables and is involved in various project implementations. Please note that this is an onsite role based in our Irvine office.

What You’ll Do: 

• Utilize the title vendor system, various DMV systems and title report to assist in monitoring the
  status of titles
• Provide timely and consistent follow-up and response to dealer and internal partner inquiries in a
  professional manner until title is perfected or resolved
• Assist with inbound and outbound calls and emails to dealerships, DMVs and internal business
  partners to research and resolve aged titles and correct title discrepancies.
• Ensure relevant updates are received and logged on to the aged title tracking report
• Work closely with the internal servicing team to identify and capture title documentation received
• Assist with training and guidance to other team members when assisting with aged follow-up
  tasks as needed
• Assist Manager with other tasks as assigned

What We Look For:

• 1+ year’s experience in Aged Title Resolution for Indirect Auto Finance
• 3+ year’s experience in Indirect Auto Originations or Servicing, preferably in Title operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products
• Strong Organizational, Verbal and Written Communication skills

The compensation range of this position in Orange County, CA is USD $23.00 - $31.00 hourly plus equity and benefits. Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
