POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a core product area. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams to build products customers love and that drive measurable business outcomes. In a Series B environment, you’ll thrive in ambiguity, move from insight to execution quickly, and make smart tradeoffs to ship value consistently.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own product strategy and roadmap for a defined product domain, translating company goals into clear outcomes and milestones.
- Lead product discovery: deeply understand customer problems through research, data analysis, and direct user engagement, then validate solutions through prototypes and experiments.
- Drive product delivery: write crisp requirements, align cross-functional stakeholders, and partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality releases on predictable cadences.
- Prioritize ruthlessly: balance customer value, revenue impact, operational needs, and technical investments (platform, reliability, performance, and debt).
- Define and track success metrics (adoption, retention, conversion, revenue, quality), and use insights to iterate post-launch.
- Coordinate experiments (e.g., A/B tests) and ensure learnings are captured and shared.
- Manage dependencies across teams and communicate timelines, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to executives and partners.
- Champion product quality and usability, ensuring consistency across experiences and touchpoints.
EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS or technology-enabled products.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional product teams from discovery to delivery, with a strong bias toward action.
- Strong product judgment: you can make decisions with incomplete information and adjust quickly as you learn.
- Fluency with data: comfortable working with raw datasets and analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You can tell a persuasive story and influence without authority.
- Experience working with agile development teams and modern product delivery practices (backlog management, sprint planning, iterative releases).
- Comfort collaborating with distributed teams and managing cross-time-zone execution.
KNOWLEDGE
- Comfortable working with raw data sets to develop actionable insights
- Ability to tell a persuasive story and convey information in a digestible format
- Ability to see the big picture while maintaining close attention to detail
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with a record of success in a high-growth context
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a high-growth startup (Series A-C) where you owned outcomes end-to-end.
- Experience building AI-enabled features or shipping products that incorporate machine learning responsibly.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales/Marketing on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market execution.
DESIRED BEHAVIORS
- Receptive to change – is flexible. Seeks and adopts improved approaches and processes.
- Initiates action – is results oriented. Takes responsibility for actions and outcomes. Meets commitments and strives for high performance.
- Manages the workload - makes timely decisions, prioritizes effectively, solves problems, monitors results, and takes remedial action where necessary.
- Technically proficient – able to apply the technical knowledge and skills required in the job role and responsibilities in order to achieve the expected outputs.
- Takes responsibility for own learning - knows personal strengths, recognizes development needs, and takes action to improve. Is open to feedback and always seeks to learn.
- Communicates ideas – respectfully exchanges information and proposes a way forward. Listen to views of colleagues and take in diverse perspectives.
- Works collaboratively – shares knowledge and information, fosters teamwork, and contributes to a positive work environment where people want to come to work.
- Display ethical character and competence - acts with integrity and intent, is accountable for own actions, behaves according to the company values.

Today, UpKeep is the leading cloud-native Asset Operations Management platform, serving over 4,000 businesses worldwide across manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, and beyond. Our Industrial IoT and AI-first software helps maintenance and facilities teams streamline work, predict failures, and act faster—with real-time insights and automation at their fingertips.
We’re building for the deskless workforce—the essential workers who keep our physical world running—and arming them with the tools they deserve. In a world re-shoring manufacturing, accelerating automation, and embracing AI at scale, we’re riding the next macro wave—and leading the transformation of legacy maintenance into intelligent operations.
