Project Manager

Location: Hybrid –  Vancouver, or Vancouver Island, BC 
Department: Client Services 
Reports To: VP of Ops 
Employment Type: Full-Time, new headcount 

Salary $75-80K +  10% performance bonus annually 

 

Role Overview 

We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to lead critical, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Client Services, and Operations. 

This role will play a central part in: 

  • Driving our go-to-market (GTM) expansion into the U.S.  
  • Leading the migration of clubs to our next-generation platform  

You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, ensure alignment across teams, and drive initiatives from planning through to successful execution. 

What Success Looks Like 

  • Successful and coordinated launch and scaling of U.S. operations  
  • Smooth, well-orchestrated migration of clubs to the new platform  
  • Strong visibility into project timelines, ownership, and risks  
  • Improved cross-functional alignment and execution across key initiatives  

Key Responsibilities 

Project Planning & Execution 

  • Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, as per our priorities 
  • Define scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics  
  • Identify risks early and proactively remove blockers  

U.S. GTM Expansion 

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support U.S. market entry and growth  
  • Align Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations on timelines and deliverables  
  • Ensure operational readiness (processes, tools, enablement) to support expansion  

Platform Migration Leadership 

  • Lead the planning and execution of migrating clubs to the new platform  
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Services to ensure a seamless transition  
  • Track migration progress, mitigate risks, and ensure minimal disruption to customers  

Cross-Functional Coordination 

  • Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, CS, and Leadership  
  • Drive clarity on ownership, priorities, and dependencies  
  • Facilitate effective project rituals (kickoffs, standups, retros)  

Process & Systems 

  • Build and scale project management practices across the organization  
  • Implement tools and workflows to improve visibility and execution  
  • Standardize how projects are tracked, documented, and reported  

Communication & Reporting 

  • Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on project status and risks  
  • Translate complex initiatives into actionable plans and updates  
  • Ensure transparency and alignment across teams
