Overview:

The Business Development Rep role is a strategic part of the organic growth plans for Uprise Health. The role is intended to develop great revenue generators that will grow pipeline for Uprise Health and skills for their future. The role is focused on penetrating the prospect market to drive awareness and build pipeline for the sales team. The ideal candidate has both the hustle and skills required to meet new buyers and persuade them to consider Uprise Health solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand the Go-To-Market strategy of Uprise Health 
  • Identify target prospect accounts to pursue on behalf of the sales team
  • Set up cadences of communication with prospects
  • Execute campaigns to call, email and engage buyers in prospective accounts
  • Qualify prospects and hand over to sales when they are sales ready
  • Provide visibility to management into your performance
  • Work with manager to ensure continuous improvement across key competencies

Essential Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline 
  • 3+ years of sales experience for a B2B company. Healthcare exp a plus.
  • Solutions-focused attitude, a high sense of urgency, and a passion for sales. 
  • A high sense of urgency that can adapt and pivot in every conversation. 
  • A team-player attitude with a desire to improve internal processes beyond your day-today tasks.  
  • Knowledge in the following platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new business domain knowledge to sales strategy and process. You see the big picture. 
  • Detail oriented abilities and can handle multiple work streams while also being capable of understanding and communicating 'big picture' strategies 
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues in a way that is easy to understand and engaging to a wide variety of audiences. 
  • The ability to communicate effectively with partners and team members in order to provide fresh opinions, lead marketing efforts, identify project hurdles and issues, and to find effective resolutions and modify processes to increase efficiency  
  • A deadline-driven self-starter with good judgement and a strong attention to detail 
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, overcome challenges and drive for results in fast-paced environments

The compensation range is based on the candidates experience and/or level of education or certifications.

Uprise Budgeted Pay Range

$50,000 - $50,000 USD
