Superintendent (Idaho Falls, ID)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of construction supervision experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. INL (Idaho National Laboratory) experience is a strong plus, reflecting familiarity with high-security environments, federal regulations, and complex project requirements.
What You'll Do:

Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards, budget adherence, and timeline efficiency.

Manage on-site activities, including subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and quality control.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.

Monitor project schedules, track progress, and implement adjustments as necessary to meet project milestones.

Foster strong communication with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.

Maintain detailed and organized site logs, project reports, and safety documentation.

Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Supervise site clean-up and final inspections to ensure readiness for occupancy.
What You'll Bring:
-
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial and industrial construction.

Proven experience managing projects of varying scope and complexity.

INL (Idaho National Laboratory) experience highly preferred.

Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Effective leadership and communication skills to manage subcontractors and engage with stakeholders.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.
