Superintendent (Idaho Falls, ID)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of construction supervision experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. INL (Idaho National Laboratory) experience is a strong plus, reflecting familiarity with high-security environments, federal regulations, and complex project requirements.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards, budget adherence, and timeline efficiency.

  • Manage on-site activities, including subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and quality control.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.

  • Monitor project schedules, track progress, and implement adjustments as necessary to meet project milestones.

  • Foster strong communication with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.

  • Maintain detailed and organized site logs, project reports, and safety documentation.

  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

  • Supervise site clean-up and final inspections to ensure readiness for occupancy.

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial and industrial construction.

  • Proven experience managing projects of varying scope and complexity.

  • INL (Idaho National Laboratory) experience highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Effective leadership and communication skills to manage subcontractors and engage with stakeholders.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
