Assistant Superintendent

Uprite Construction is looking for a reliable and driven Assistant Superintendent to join our growing team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role supports day-to-day field operations on active construction sites, including shift-based and occasional night shift work. You’ll help oversee subcontractors, maintain safety standards, support schedule execution, and ensure quality installation — all while learning from experienced superintendents.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s ready to grow into a leadership role in the field.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist the Superintendent with daily field oversight of construction activities

  • Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and ensure clear communication between trades

  • Help maintain project schedules, including progress tracking and shift transitions

  • Enforce and monitor all site safety procedures and protocols

  • Conduct site walks and assist with daily reports and photo documentation

  • Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and field staff

  • Assist with material deliveries, inspections, and quality control

  • Work rotating day and night shifts, as needed depending on project demands

What You'll Bring:

  • 1–3 years of construction field experience preferred

  • Experience working on warehouse or light industrial projects is strongly preferred

  • Comfortable working non-standard hours, including night shifts

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to read plans and interpret project schedules is a plus

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • OSHA 10/30 certification preferred (or willing to obtain)

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
