Superintendent

The Role
As a Superintendent, you will be the on site leader ensuring that projects are built safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. We are looking for someone with deep experience in tilt up construction who can manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with our project managers to keep everything moving forward.
What You’ll Do

Lead day to day field operations for assigned project(s)

Schedule, direct, and coordinate subcontractors and field teams

Oversee all aspects of tilt up construction including layout, panel erection, bracing, and sequencing

Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards

Conduct daily huddles, toolbox talks, and weekly safety meetings

Maintain project schedule and communicate progress and challenges to the project manager

Manage inspections and resolve field issues as they arise

Promote a culture of safety and teamwork on site

Maintain accurate daily reports, photos, and site documentation
What You Bring
-
Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial projects, with a strong focus on tilt up concrete

Thorough knowledge of tilt up panel construction methods, scheduling, and best practices

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate crews and foster collaboration
-
Excellent communication and problem solving skills

OSHA 30 certification preferred

Proficiency with construction technology (Procore, MS Project, or similar)

A commitment to quality, safety, and doing the job right the first time
