We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up commercial projects in the Houston area. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality, communication, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations and coordinate all onsite construction activities.

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Maintain strong quality control and ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.

  • Lead and mentor field teams, fostering a positive, safety-driven jobsite culture.

  • Review drawings and specifications, anticipate issues, and provide clear direction in the field.

  • Track schedule progress, report updates, and communicate effectively with leadership and clients.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects.

    • Clean room or advanced manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Strong understanding of building systems, sequencing, and field coordination.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain organized project documentation.

  • OSHA 30 and current safety certifications are a plus.
