Superintendent

We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up commercial projects in the Houston area. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality, communication, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do

Oversee day-to-day field operations and coordinate all onsite construction activities.

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Maintain strong quality control and ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.

Lead and mentor field teams, fostering a positive, safety-driven jobsite culture.

Review drawings and specifications, anticipate issues, and provide clear direction in the field.

Track schedule progress, report updates, and communicate effectively with leadership and clients.
What You’ll Bring

Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects.

- Clean room or advanced manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required.

Strong understanding of building systems, sequencing, and field coordination.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain organized project documentation.
-
OSHA 30 and current safety certifications are a plus.
