Uprite Construction is hiring a Project Engineer in Boise Idaho to support ground up commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a detail oriented professional who wants hands on exposure to all phases of commercial construction while growing into a long term leadership path.

What You'll Do:

  • Support Project Managers and Superintendents on ground up commercial projects
  • Assist with submittals, RFIs, drawings, and document control
  • Track project schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor coordination
  • Assist with cost tracking, change orders, and pay applications
  • Maintain organized project documentation and reporting
  • Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Gain field exposure and understanding of construction sequencing

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience or strong exposure to ground up commercial construction
  • Commercial construction background required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Desire to grow within a construction management career path
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both office and field teams
