Project Engineer

Uprite Construction is hiring a Project Engineer in Boise Idaho to support ground up commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a detail oriented professional who wants hands on exposure to all phases of commercial construction while growing into a long term leadership path.
What You'll Do:
- Support Project Managers and Superintendents on ground up commercial projects
- Assist with submittals, RFIs, drawings, and document control
- Track project schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor coordination
- Assist with cost tracking, change orders, and pay applications
- Maintain organized project documentation and reporting
- Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Gain field exposure and understanding of construction sequencing
What You'll Bring:
- Experience or strong exposure to ground up commercial construction
- Commercial construction background required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Desire to grow within a construction management career path
- Ability to work collaboratively with both office and field teams
