Project focus includes infrastructure and civil work such as site development, utilities, roadway improvements, and related infrastructure systems.
What You'll Do
• Represent the owner throughout all phases of infrastructure and civil construction projects: roadways, bridges, utlities, etc.

• Conduct regular site visits to observe construction progress and verify compliance with project requirements
• Review project schedules, budgets, and contractor reports to ensure alignment with project objectives
• Identify risks or potential delays early and work with contractors to resolve issues in the field
• Support change management, contractor coordination, and problem resolution during construction
• Provide clear updates and reporting to internal leadership and project stakeholders
• Ensure construction activities align with project goals from the owner's perspective
What You'll Bring
• Experience managing infrastructure or civil construction projects rather than primarily vertical construction
• Experience in owner representation or construction management consulting
• Civil engineering, construction management, or related industry background
• Experience overseeing large infrastructure projects in active construction environments
• Background in large scale site development, utilities, roadway work, or similar infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of contractor management and field operations
• Ability to oversee complex projects while representing the owner’s interests
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, engineering teams, and consultants
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to identify project risks and proactively support solutions
• Experience reviewing construction schedules, budgets, and project progress
