About the Role
We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager who is energized by ownership, creative execution, and cross-channel coordination to join our collaborative team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. You’ll partner closely with internal teams and external vendors to launch and optimize programs across digital, web, SEO, paid media, and more. What You’ll Do

Lead Campaign Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns—understanding the goals, defining deliverables, and plugging them into the right channels to ensure impact and consistency.

Channel Coordination: Drive integrated efforts across SEO, web, paid media, and social to maximize visibility and performance across multiple touchpoints.

Vendor + Agency Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and holding partners accountable for execution.

Task + Project Management: Own timelines, track progress, and move projects forward—ensuring all tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and with excellence.

SEO + Web Initiatives: Support onboarding and optimization efforts within platforms like BrightEdge, SEMrush, and Moz, with a foundational understanding of SEO principles.

Data-Informed Decisions: Evaluate campaign performance using available data and analytics to optimize and report on effectiveness.

Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and act quickly to improve execution and impact—bringing a “figure-it-out” mindset to the team.

Team Collaboration: Partner across departments and with the broader marketing team to share updates, align on priorities, and contribute to a culture of positivity and performance.
What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in a marketing campaign execution or marketing support role, ideally with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments

Experience working across SEO, digital advertising, website, and social media channels

Strong project management skills—able to juggle competing priorities and keep things moving

Experience working in or with both in-house marketing teams and external agencies

Familiarity with SEO platforms like BrightEdge, Moz, SEMrush, or similar

Data-oriented and comfortable using insights to guide decision-making

Hands-on, proactive, and not afraid to dive into the details to get things done

Bachelor’s degree required
