About the Role

We’re searching for a Digital Marketing Architect to design, launch, and scale our performance marketing engine from the ground up. This is not a “plug-and-play” role this is your chance to architect the strategy, build the infrastructure, and run the experiments that fuel UPSTACK’s growth.

You’ll work directly with our Founder & CEO, giving you a front-row seat (and a hands-on role) in shaping the company’s trajectory. Over time, you’ll grow this into a world-class function—hiring, mentoring, and leading a team that makes an outsized impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Build the growth engine → Architect multi-channel strategies (search, social, display, programmatic) and execute campaigns that drive results.
  • Experiment relentlessly → Test creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bids until you find what scales.
  • Make data your superpower → Set up analytics, tracking, and attribution (GA, Tag Manager, CRM) to measure what matters.
  • Translate numbers into strategy → Turn insights into clear recommendations for leadership.
  • Grow into leadership → As UPSTACK scales, hire and develop the team that powers our growth.

Who You Are

  • Hands-on expert with 4–7 years in performance marketing or digital acquisition, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Data-obsessed → You don’t guess—you test, track, and optimize.
  • Builder mindset → Comfortable starting from zero, creating playbooks, and scaling what works.
  • Full-stack marketer → Equally confident with campaign strategy, technical setup, and execution.
  • Ambitious → Ready to shape a company’s growth story while growing your own career.

Where You’ll Work

We’re open to remote applicants; however, candidates based in the NY Metro area—or those willing to relocate—will be prioritized. 

Salary Range

Employees new to UPSTACK typically come in at the start of the pay range. UPSTACK focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure, which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, and job-related skills. 

The salary range for this role is $120,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually plus participation in the annual bonus program. Compensation includes base salary, benefits, and eligibility for long-term equity.
