About The Role

 

The Clinical Lead will be part of the groundbreaking team making the future of complex chronic care delivery the way it should be – human-centered and personalized. The Clinical Lead provides day-to-day operational and administrative supervision in our warm, patient-centric clinical setting. In this key role, you’ll showcase your leadership acumen, nursing skills, customer service orientation, patient and provider education skills, as well as your administrative skills. The preferred location for this role is Troy, Michigan. There will be some travel to the Westland, Michigan location. Travel for this role (to Westland) is expected to be ~20-40%. 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • You will provide onsite supervision of both clinical and administrative operations within your Uptiv Health centers; inclusive of policy improvement and operationalization 
  • You will lead all hiring, training, and coaching of Uptiv team members within your centers
  • Proactively manage both the Uptiv patient and team member schedules
  • You will render infusion and injection care as the schedule allows
  • Partner with the Account Executive to assist in the development, and cultivation of relationships with key referral sources
  • Champion customer service, clinical quality, and continuous improvement within the clinics you are supervising; and throughout the company when the occasion arises 

 

What You’ll Need:

  • 4+ years of clinical leadership experience; including team member and patient scheduling 
  • Active RN or NP license in the state of Michigan; If an NP: Board certification must be through ANCC or AANP
  • Active BLS CPR certification
  • 2+ years of infusion experience with a familiarity with ports
  • Strong understanding of clinical processes and protocols

  • Ability to reconstitute medications 
  • Ability to navigate and chart in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
  • Ability to analyze, order, and synchronize multiple high impact priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to collaborate with your sales counterpart, team members (all levels of the organization), internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and referring physicians to seek mutually beneficial solutions and remedy issues

Compensation:

  • Full-time base salary will range dependent upon credentials and experience plus full benefits: Flexible PTO, medical, dental, vision.

This role will work out of the Detroit metro region
