  • Write clear, user-friendly product copy that simplifies complex ideas and flows.

  • Deliver high-quality work on time while juggling competing priorities.

  • Design for scale and champion the use of and continuous improvement of content standards through a design system.

  • Contribute insights that inform product strategy, connecting the dots between short-term and long-term business goals.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and take calculated risks without direct oversight.

  • Manage a content backlog, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Mentor other Content Design team members and collaborate proactively with designers, product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional partners.

  • Support teams to launch new ideas and make sure new features fit into existing product flows, including but not limited to AI-powered features and capabilities.

  • Apply UX research and data to your content decisions.

  • Present your work for feedback and revise it based on input.

Must Haves (Required Skills):

  • You can demonstrate strong leadership capability through contributions both leading projects and collaborating as a team member on other projects. You keep all project members focused and look for ways to streamline work within the team.

  • You coach junior team members with structured thinking and challenging the status quo.

  • You proactively work cross-functionally to help anticipate challenges and potential connections or collisions between UX of different products or features.

  • You keep the broader perspective in mind (i.e. customer or broader team needs), resisting the urge to get lost in the details.

  • You have experience with driving UX writing, IA, and content strategy decisions. Preferably you’ve worked on SaaS products or applications.

  • You have an expert grasp of written language, with an eye for detail and fluency in style and grammar.

  • You apply, seek, or contribute UX research and data in content design decisions, including to challenge your own assumptions and recognize when to change approach or opinion.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
