Product Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a skilled Product Marketing Manager to help shape the future of Upwork’s platform and accelerate the growth of AI-native experiences that deliver measurable impact for our customers. You’ll execute go-to-market strategies that bring intelligent new features to life, crafting customer-centric narratives, identifying high-potential user segments, and driving adoption across channels.
Working across teams, you’ll ensure the right messages reach the right audiences, fueling client acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll also monitor campaign performance and collaborate on ways to continuously improve impact. Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of go-to-market activities for new product experiences, from positioning to post-launch engagement
- Contribute to the development of messaging and campaign strategies that support growth, user adoption, and client acquisition
- Analyze customer insights and competitive trends to inform marketing strategy and positioning
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth Marketing, and Lifecycle teams to create a consistent customer experience and campaigns that deliver measurable results
- Track, summarize, and report on marketing campaign performance and user engagement, identifying opportunities to optimize
- Contribute to messaging frameworks and content that clearly communicate product value to new and existing customers

The annual base salary range for this position is displayed below. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.

$99,250 - $141,250 USD
