We are seeking a Digital Site Merchandising Associate to manage our online storefront and contribute to our Digital Merchandising strategy. This role offers the opportunity to gain expertise in our website and products while working within a thriving Direct-to-consumer business model. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in areas like marketing, supply chain, merchandising, and customer care, making a tangible impact every day as part of a small, dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of UrbanStems’ business and ecommerce operations.
  • Manage the storefront, including creative updates, pricing, product sorting, and promotion setup.
  • Create and maintain accurate product listings with descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.
  • Analyze product performance and inventory to identify opportunities and implement strategies to drive sales.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure digital content meets site and brand standards.
  • Support campaign setups, including homepage, product collection, promotions, and landing page updates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce or retail (Shopify experience preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Intermediate analytics skills (data gathering and manipulation).
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning new skills.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Note: This is a remote position operating on East Coast hours.
