Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

UrbanStems is looking for a CRO Specialist to optimize sales funnels and drive revenue growth. In this role, you’ll design and execute split tests to improve conversion rates, increase AOV, and scale campaigns efficiently. You'll also refine testing processes and collaborate with teams like marketing, creative, and merchandising to achieve impactful results. Utilizing multiple data sources, including heatmaps, funnel reporting, and other customer feedback touchpoints, you will inform and prioritize a testing roadmap. 

Responsibilities:

  • Funnel Optimization & Testing: Plan and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, checkout flows, and upsell offers.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics tools to uncover actionable insights and translate test results into clear, documented recommendations.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish best practices for testing, prioritize high-ROI experiments, and build a high-performing CRO team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and data teams to align optimization strategies with business goals.
  • Innovation: Leverage trends, tools, and audience data to improve CRO methodologies while adhering to industry standards.
  • Advanced Analytics: Partner with analytics teams and use tools like heatmaps and behavioral tracking to inform strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in conversion rate optimization with expertise in A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, landing page optimization, and sales funnels.
  • Proficiency in UX/UI, web performance, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics); knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

  • Increased conversion rates and AOV.
  • Streamlined testing processes.
  • Effective cross-team collaboration to meet business objectives.

Note: This is a remote position operating on East Coast hours.
