(Senior) B2B Event Manager - Customer Success (all genders)

The opportunity 

As an Event Manager for our corporate clients, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events aimed at increasing employee activation and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your role involves designing and implementing strategies to engage customers through various event formats. Join us in this exciting period of growth as we continue to expand our customer services and offers. This role can be located in either Berlin or Cologne.

Your Responsibilities

  • You plan, coordinate, and execute events such as Onboarding Kickoffs or Health days for our corporate clients (mainly Enterprise)
  • You oversee on-site operations during events and actively participate in presenting Urban Sports Club to participants
  • You develop comprehensive event formats, including budgets, timelines, and logistics
  • You identify opportunities to engage customers through events and develop strategies to maximize participation and employee conversion
  • You collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand customer preferences and tailor event experiences accordingly
  • You measure the success of events against predefined goals and objectives such as attendance numbers, conversion rates, satisfaction levels, and impact on customer retention
  • You implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights and improve future events based on stakeholders' input
  • You prepare post-event reports and analysis, highlighting key insights and recommendations for future events
  • You develop and execute pre- and post-event communication strategies to effectively engage the target audience and drive attendance and growth in cooperation with the Brand and Customer Success Team

What You Need to Succeed

  • You have proven experience in event management, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • You possess strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners. You speak German at a native level and have full professional proficiency in English
  • You can think creatively and innovatively to design unique and engaging event experiences that resonate with our corporate clients and their employees
  • You know industry trends, best practices, and innovations in B2B event management to continually improve event offerings and stay ahead of the competition
  • You are willing to travel across Germany as needed for on-site event coordination. A driver's license is a must
  • You have a data-driven mindset steering budgets and KPIs, integrating them into the business context
