VP of Sales Global (all genders)

The opportunity:

Join our team as the VP of Sales at Urban Sports Club, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and efficiency across our sales organization. We seek an experienced commercial leader to support our acquisition teams across Europe, leading a talented group of Lead Managers, Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, Enterprise Account Executives, and Account Managers. Your mission will be to elevate our team's maturity by hiring, training, developing, and managing them to consistently exceed quarterly and annual quotas. You'll focus on acquiring new clients, renewing and upselling to existing ones, and expanding into new markets. Your responsibilities: 

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve business and revenue objectives
  • Hire, train, develop, and manage a team including both Sales Leaders and Individual Contributors
  • Develop and execute sales activities to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Drive efficiency and productivity in the sales organization, enhancing acquisition processes and establishing new GTM strategies
  • Accurately forecast sales using qualification and sales process expertise (e.g., BANT / MEDDPICC)
  • Segment territory to best utilize resources for covering customer accounts and opening new markets, extending reach and driving growth in additional territories
  • Partner with internal and external teams to close large and complex enterprise deals
  • Participate in sales strategy and coaching calls, and support the team in building champions within customer accounts
  • Build the account management structure focused on upselling and renewals, leveling up the organization to handle increased demand and team expansion
  • Collaborate with GTM operations, Tender Management, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to create a seamless customer experience

What you need to succeed:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales, incl. min. 5 years of focus on Enterprise Sales
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, adept at leading sales teams across various levels
  • Sales experience across multiple countries, showcasing a global perspective
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with various stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing complex sales processes and handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Customer-oriented mindset, skilled in establishing and nurturing strong client relationships
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and German; fluency in additional languages is advantageous
