Your responsibilities 

  • Identify and negotiate new partnerships: Scout, evaluate, and secure collaborations with top-tier apps that align with our mission and strategic goals
  • Build and manage relationships: Cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships through regular communication and trust-building
  • Launch partnership projects: Oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to design and execute campaigns, integrations, or joint initiatives that maximize the value of these partnerships
  • Monitor and report on success: Track partnership performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies

What you need to succeed 

  • You have 3+ years of experience in building partnerships, business development or sales
  • Your German skills are business fluent, enabling you to negotiate effectively, and you have excellent English proficiency
  • You have strong presentation and communication skills and can convey ideas with clarity and confidence, with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • You demonstrate an analytical mindset, using data to assess performance and refine strategies.
  • You are proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities, always seeking opportunities to innovate and grow.
