(Senior) Corporate Account Executive (all genders)

To strengthen our B2B sales team in Berlin or Cologne, we are looking for a proactive and dedicated sales talent. As a Corporate Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients interested in our digital products and services. 

As a passionate salesperson, you will identify the needs and expectations of clients to build trust, identify opportunities for cooperation, and develop appropriate solutions. The goal is to convince companies of the value of the Urban Sports Club offering.

Your responsibilities

  • Create customized proposals for B2B customers and convince them of our unique corporate sports offering.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive networking, targeted acquisition, and qualified lead generation.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful closure, collaborating closely with Sales Development colleagues.
  • Create customized proposals and negotiate contracts, working closely with our colleagues in Tech, Accounting, and the Legal department.
  • Optimize your sales process and ensure that corporate customers receive exceptional service, in collaboration with our Customer Success departments.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your network and increase the company's visibility.

What you need to succeed

  • You have several years of experience in sales of digital products and services, preferably in the B2B sector
  • You communicate confidently and convincingly in German (min. C1 language level)
  • You enjoy speaking with your international colleagues in English 
  • You have a high customer orientation and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • You have excellent organizational skills to manage complex sales processes and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • You are skilled in CRM tools, ideally, Salesforce, to drive sales and manage client data.
  • You identify with our goals and mission - you are passionate about sports, fitness, and technology and are excited to promote our well-being culture
  • Beyond that, experience engaging with C-Level executives and HR decision-makers, or a background in corporate benefits sales is a plus.
