(Senior) Sales Development Representative (all genders)

The opportunity 

As a Sales Development Representative (all genders) in our Corporate Sales Team you play a key role in the success of Urban Sports Club. You are the first point of contact for potential B2B customers who are interested in a partnership with us. Join our team and help us continue to inspire people to live active and healthy lives.

Your responsibilities 

  • You advise new B2B customers on the phone and are the first point of contact
  • You identify the exact customer needs through inbound & outbound activities and prepare appointments for your colleagues in sales
  • You are responsible for building up and expanding your own lead pipeline through active outbound activities
  • You are co-responsible for qualifying leads from various marketing campaigns 
  • You are proactive in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through targeted acquisition via phone and email, social media and your network
  • You develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate new leads and increase brand awareness
  • You identify new contacts and their contact details 
  • You are jointly responsible for the documentation and maintenance of our CRM database
  • You work independently and responsibly to achieve your qualitative and quantitative goals
  • You support the development and optimisation of the sales strategy
  • You participate in industry events and networking events to expand your own network and to increase the awareness of the company

What you need to succeed 

  • You have relevant work experience in B2B sales or sales development roles (at least 2 years)
  • You have excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken 
  • You have natural persuasiveness, high consultative skills and authenticity in voice and demeanor 
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize your tasks correctly
  • You are always highly motivated and reliable
  • Your personality is characterized by a sense of responsibility, empathy and professionalism
  • You are an absolute team player and enjoy passing on your knowledge to your team colleagues 
  • Willpower, perseverance and a high willingness to learn characterize you
  • You like to speak English with your international colleagues 
  • You like to learn, grow and take on new responsibilities every day
