CX Agent (all genders) - 1 month project

The opportunity 

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Agent (m/f/x) to support our CX team for one month starting July 1st. In this temporary role, you’ll help us with an important administrative project, working with reports in Fitogram, liaising directly with partners, and helping us stay structured and organized.

If you're a detail-oriented person with a CX background who enjoys bringing order to chaos and communicating clearly, we’d love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities 

  • Generate reports via the Fitogram product on behalf of our partners
  • Group reports into structured packages to simplify sharing
  • Communicate directly with partners in a clear, professional, and friendly way
  • Support the CX team with other administrative tasks as needed
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations during this short-term project

What you need to succeed 

  • You can start on July 1st (ish) and are available 40 hours/week for 1 month
  • You have a background in Customer Experience or a similar field
  • You are fluent in English and ideally in German as well
  • You are structured and organized, with a sharp eye for detail
  • You’re comfortable using digital tools and working with reports
  • You bring a proactive, hands-on attitude and communicate with empathy and clarity
