  • You set and manage budgets for workplace and travel topics, including cost control and reporting
  • You act as a trusted point of contact for all workplace-related topics across the organization

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in workplace management, office operations, or facilities management—ideally in an international, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in leading and developing teams, ideally across multiple locations
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience handling lease contracts and vendor agreements
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude—you’re equally comfortable creating long-term plans and fixing things when needed
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you collaborate easily with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with travel management is a plus
  • Fluency in English required; German or other European languages are a plus
