Kronen-Urschel, LLC. will be relocating from Madison Wisconsin to a location within Porter County Indiana at the beginning of 2026. The location will be offsite from the Urschel Chesterton Headquarters. Kronen stands for machines and lines that enable hygienic, safe, sustainable, and efficient processing of fresh foods – to find the right solution for every customer.

The Kronen General Manager is responsible for developing and executing management strategies that improve the operational performance of the company to produce profitable growth. Primary duties include directing and coordinating staff, establishing business objectives, improving staff performance and productivity, increasing operational efficiencies while expanding market share.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in sales, operations, or service management, ideally with industrial or food processing equipment. They will have a proven track record of leading teams, driving regional growth, with strong knowledge of sales cycles, service operations, and customer support. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office. The role requires willingness to travel both domestic and internationally and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and professional standards.
