Sales Business Analyst
Overview
We’re excited to share an opportunity for a Sales Business Analyst to help drive strategic growth and operational excellence within our sales organization! In this role, you’ll analyze performance metrics, optimize sales processes, and deliver actionable insights that empower our teams to exceed revenue goals. You’ll collaborate across departments to improve forecasting, CRM adoption, and pipeline health—playing a key role in shaping data-driven decisions that fuel our continued success.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance data from Salesforce and other platforms to identify trends and opportunities
- Track pipeline progression, win/loss ratios, and conversion rates to support strategic planning
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sales rep productivity and account health
- Deliver timely and accurate forecasting models to support leadership decision-making
- Evaluate current sales processes and recommend improvements based on data insights
- Partner with sales enablement to ensure CRM accuracy and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to align on business goals
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable format to stakeholders
- Support initiatives related to lead management, territory planning, and account segmentation
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance sales efficiency and customer engagement
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a sales analyst, business analyst, or similar role
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfort working independently and managing multiple priorities
Nice to Haves
- Experience designing and implementing sales dashboards in Salesforce or BI tools
- Familiarity with sales operations, territory planning, and pipeline management
- Understanding of CRM workflows and data governance best practices
- Background in supporting cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and finance
- Advanced degree or certifications in analytics, business intelligence, or sales operations
