SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Keeps all building and working areas in clean and orderly condition and maintains in good working order all facilities related to machinery, systems, and property by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):
- Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related
maintenance activities.
- Notifies management concerning the need for major repairs or additions to any major facilities systems.
- Supervises all work carried out by contractors regarding facilities maintenance, change, and
management as instructed by supervisor.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety
regulations and procedures.
- Maintains organization, housekeeping, and safety of warehouse.
- Consults with management to make recommendations and on any changes or major expenditures.
EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organization and communication skills with internal and external customers.
- Detail oriented with the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Forklift Certification.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
