Quality Team Lead - Day Shift - Monday to Thursday (7am - 5pm)
Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Team Lead to join our team and provide support within the Quality Team by helping ensure Quality Control Inspectors and Technicians are able to efficiently and effectively complete their required daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain hands-on skillset by performing required tasks of a Quality Control Technician
- Support Technicians and Inspectors in completion of all Quality Processes
- Review and Approve First Shots for Technicians in First Shot Qualification
- Assist with completion of Test Run Evaluations
- Assist in maintaining training of Team Members
- Complete containment activities, as required
- Monitor Inspection Lab for improvements
- Report improvement opportunities to immediate Supervisor
- Conduct periodic audits of the processes
- Ensure process documentation is being completed properly
- Assist with scheduling of Team Members, as needed
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Must Haves
- One-year certificate from College or Technical School; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and understand detailed part prints
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proven ability to use MicroVu and other inspection equipment, as appropriate
