Automation Operator- Off Shift - Monday to Friday (10:00pm - 6:00am)
Overview
US Conec is seeking a detail-oriented Automation Operator to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating semi-automated and fully automated assembly machines to produce precision components. This role requires pre-assembly of small parts under a microscope, machine monitoring, performing minor adjustments, and ensuring that products meet established quality and safety standards. The operator plays a key role in maintaining efficiency and supporting production
goals.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor semi- and fully automated assembly machines.
- Pre-assemble small parts using microscopes, fixtures, and hand tools when required.
- Inspect components and finished products to verify they meet specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain consistent quality and production efficiency.
- Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
- Record production activity, equipment issues, and promptly report concerns to supervisors and Assembly Technicians.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
Must Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation preferred.
- Ability to handle small components and work with microscopes.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and/or machine operation.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
