About the Role
As an Influencer Marketing Associate, you’ll support and scale one of our most important growth levers: performance-driven influencer campaigns. This is a high-impact role where you’ll operate across strategy, execution, and analysis to power influencer-driven acquisition on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels in tandem with our Influencer and Paid Social team.
You’ll report to our Growth Marketing Lead and collaborate closely with teammates across Creative, Paid Social, Influencer, Analytics, and more. It’s a unique opportunity to get deep exposure to influencer and growth marketing at a high-growth startup and help build a scaled engine.
This role is full-time and based in NYC (expectation to be in-person 3–4 days/week, with some remote flexibility). Our office is in Union Square.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaign execution. You’ll run the full lifecycle: sourcing creators, negotiating and contracting, coordinating content, and ensuring deliverables go live on time and on brief.
- Surface insights and support performance analysis. You’ll help track results, pull key learnings, and identify ways to improve CPA and creative outcomes over time.
- Source and onboard high volumes of creators. You’ll help build and manage our pipeline of paid influencer talent, prioritizing speed, fit, and brand alignment across campaigns.
- Own creator relationships and comms. You’ll be the face of our brand to creators and agencies, and send thoughtful, clear communications, navigating negotiations, and tracking performance and feedback.
- Support cross-functional campaign development. You’ll partner with Creative and Growth (Paid Social) to develop briefs and campaigns, collaborate on content ideas, and ensure messaging feels platform-native and on-brand.
You’ll love this role if:
- You have 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, where you have been accountable to organizing and managing a high volume of output in a role that involves a lot of relationship management. Bonus if you’ve worked at a DTC brand, influencer agency, or startup.
- You have strong attention to detail and accountability. You catch what others miss, stay organized across lots of moving parts, and follow through on what you own.
- You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, both internally and externally. You know when to loop people in, give updates, and adapt your tone and content to the audience.
- You are culturally fluent and plugged into what’s working on social. You have opinions on why a trend takes off and what feels off-brand or outdated.
- You are analytically curious. You don’t need to be a data expert, but you like understanding what’s working and asking why. You’re comfortable in a spreadsheet and are eager to dig in.
- You bring a growth mindset and initiative. You don’t just wait to be told what to do — you raise your hand, ask smart questions, and run with it. You constantly seek ways to improve and are eager to do so.
- You learn quickly and can operate with autonomy. You’re confident figuring things out and adjusting on the fly, even when things are ambiguous.
