Lead Technical Consultant

As a Lead Technical Consultant, you will serve as a senior delivery leader in the Professional Services organization, playing a critical role in designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise solutions on the Ushur platform. You will not only guide the successful onboarding of customers but also mentor junior consultants, shape best practices, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
 
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical depth, consultative experience, and a passion for driving business value through enterprise-grade solutions. You will operate as a trusted technical advisor to customers while ensuring solution quality, delivery efficiency, and long-term customer success.

What You'll Do

    • Lead the end-to-end implementation of complex customer solutions, from discovery and design to deployment and post-launch support
    • Architect scalable, reusable automation solutions using Ushur’s no-code/low-code platform, ensuring alignment with customer business goals
    • Own key customer relationships from a technical delivery standpoint and act as a strategic partner in driving adoption and expansion
    • Collaborate with Account Executives, CSMs, and Solutions Architects to define scope, level of effort, and technical strategy
    • Drive the creation of scalable delivery frameworks, reusable assets, and solution standards across the PS team
    • Provide technical mentorship to Technical Consultants and support their development through knowledge-sharing and coaching
    • Document implementation strategies, data flows, process designs, and integration patterns to support both internal enablement and customer transparency
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives—identifying product gaps, influencing roadmap priorities, and improving implementation methodologies
    • Lead troubleshooting efforts during escalations and guide root-cause analysis of solution or delivery issues
    • Track time across engagements, maintain documentation rigor, and ensure accurate project tracking

What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
    • 10+ years of experience in a SaaS or consulting role delivering technical enterprise solutions
    • Proven experience leading implementation projects in a Professional Services or Solutions Consulting capacity
    • Deep understanding of cloud services (preferably AWS) and API-based integrations
    • Proficiency in scripting or development languages such as JavaScript or Python
    • Strong grasp of Agile delivery methodologies and technical project management best practices
    • Experience designing scalable workflows, data architectures, and user journeys within enterprise environments
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a track record of presenting to technical and executive audiences
    • Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and drive high standards across delivery processes
    • Passion for technology, curiosity for innovation, and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritie
$140,000 - $160,000 a year
The pay range for this position is $140,000- $160,000 plus bonus and equity. However, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
