Senior Solution Architect
Remote - US
The Professional Services team at Ushur works as a bridge between customers, sales, product and engineering teams to ensure the successful sale, onboarding, expansion and renewal of our customers. In the role of Senior Solution Architect, you will drive quality and scalable solution designs for our customer implementations. You will require a strong understanding of common business challenges related to customer engagement, use of AI/ML, and customer experience automation in our go to market industries of insurance, healthcare, and financial services. You will be part of the growing team and collaborative environment where your opinion and ideas matter.
What You'll Do
- Design and build complex, scalable workflows using industry best practices and Ushur’s platform capabilities
- Develop high-quality solution documentation such as ERDs, data flow diagrams, and business process flows
- Establish and promote solution standards and best practices across Sales Engineering and Consulting teams
- Drive post-sales technical implementation, troubleshooting, and support to ensure long-term customer success
- Lead scope definition, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing (unit and UAT), and deployment across customer engagements
- Provide technical oversight across multiple concurrent customer projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices
- Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding both business and technical stakeholders through solution strategy and delivery
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions, including scalable architecture and system integrations
- Conduct both in-person and remote sessions with senior client stakeholders, including technical and business executives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience designing technical solutions for cloud applications in enterprise environments
- Proven software development experience, with proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks including Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MJML
- Deep expertise in architecting end-to-end technical solutions that balance scalability, security, operational excellence, and customer business needs
- Extensive experience architecting integrated enterprise solutions across CRM platforms, Contact Center technologies, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and analytics/data warehousing systems to drive scalable customer engagement and actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to architect solutions that align with business objectives and enhance the overall customer journey
- Hands-on experience with technologies enabling omnichannel communications, such as SMS gateways, VoIP systems, chatbot frameworks, and social media integration tools
- Experience designing AI/ML-enabled customer solutions, with understanding of model types (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, transformers) and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of cloud-native solution design principles, including high availability, scalability, and security best practices
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification or equivalent (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer) required
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, technical and non-technical personnel.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, combined with exceptional communication abilities to present complex solutions clearly to C-suite stakeholders.

- 10-15% travel required
$150,000 - $175,000 a year
The pay range for this position is $150,000- $175,000 plus bonus and equity. However, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
