About the Role

Ushur is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to lead our demand generation and growth marketing efforts, driving top-of-funnel acquisition, engagement, and qualified pipeline through innovative marketing strategies. This role blends the creativity of a “growth hacker” with the strategic rigor of a demand generation leader.You will be responsible for designing, testing, and scaling programs that accelerate Ushur’s growth — spanning inbound, outbound, digital, and ABM channels. This is a highly proactive and hands-on role where success is measured by pipeline impact, campaign performance, and contribution to revenue.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has deep experience across performance marketing and ABM, and can balance strategic vision with executional excellence.

For remote positions, Ushur’s U.S. hiring is open to candidates who are residents of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MA, NE, NJ, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, NY.

If are you located approximately within 25 miles of our HQ in Santa Clara, CA (a minimum of 3 days in office). Details of hybrid requirements will be determined and provided by your manager.

What You'll Do 

Pipeline Growth & Top-of-Funnel Leadership

  • Oversee full-funnel growth strategy, from awareness and lead acquisition through to pipeline creation and acceleration.
  • Build and maintain a predictable demand engine that fuels revenue growth through a mix of inbound, outbound, and ABM campaigns.
  • Develop and execute scalable campaigns that balance short-term pipeline generation with long-term brand growth.
  • Champion a metrics-first culture by setting and exceeding KPIs such as cost-per-opportunity, pipeline contribution, and marketing-sourced revenue.

Integrated & Account-Based Marketing

  • Design and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs to support target account penetration.
  • Partner with Sales to align on pipeline goals, account strategies, and revenue outcomes.
  • Identify content and campaigns needed to support demand gen programs engaging target ABM segments, leading the creation of assets such as 1-pagers, gated content, webinars, and ads.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Identify, test, and optimize new channels (paid, organic, partnerships, communities, influencer, SEO) to expand reach and drive engagement.
  • Develop growth experiments across landing pages, conversion paths, and nurture streams to continuously improve funnel efficiency (e.g., MQL → SQL conversion rates).
  • Leverage engagement data and attribution insights to inform campaign strategy and improve targeting.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales to ensure messaging, assets, and campaigns are aligned.
  • Provide marketing enablement tools and “programs-in-a-box” for sales execution.
  • Lead cross-functional growth initiatives, collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to uncover new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities.

Leadership & Innovation

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve segmentation, targeting, and marketing efficiency.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of growth trends, bringing forward innovative tactics and tools to keep Ushur ahead of the competition.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, resources, processes, and technologies with excellence.

What You Bring 

  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing roles within B2B technology/SaaS. (1-3 years of leadership experience)
  • Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue through multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6Sense, Demandbase, Rollworks) and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent)
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic), email nurture, and content syndication
  • Analytical and results-driven; comfortable owning KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and CAC
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly adaptable in a high-growth startup environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with leadership potential

The pay range for this position is $150,000- $190,000 plus bonus and equity. However, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
